Bailey Insurance Group is to provide leadership and support to the entire organization in its management of services; with the goal of maintaining and improving productivity and effectiveness consistent with the mission and goals of the company. In addition, HR assists with recruiting, hiring, and retaining the best qualified and most diverse workforce possible.

Under the general direction of the CEO and Management Team, HR provides support for all activities and services by planning, developing, administering and evaluating all personnel functions in order to meet the needs of the organization, clients, and other constituents - effectively and efficiently.


MISSION & GOALS OF HUMAN RESOURCES

bullet To coordinate and encourage employee involvement, employee development of full potential, innovation and risk taking, team work, flexibility and an enjoyable, pleasant work environment.
 
bullet To maintain and update all the necessary personnel and payroll records in compliance with Federal and State regulations, while supporting an effective human resources operation with a confidential focus.
 
bullet To support managements' efforts to foster a high performance workforce through an evaluation program that will contribute to the continuous improvement of staff; and to ensure that personnel feel that they are utilized as effectively as possible.
 
bullet To inform staff immediately of company announcements and to make sure all communication is accurate, clear, timely, concise and informative.
 
bullet To encourage, foster and increase diversity through personnel actions and raising awareness.
