PRIVACY POLICY

We at H.T. Bailey Insurance Group are aware of your clients' concerns about privacy and we respect your rights 100%. We do not sell your clients' information. We do not share insured information outside of H.T. Bailey with persons, companies or organizations for which H.T. Bailey has not contacted to provide services (i.e., inspections, financial information, etc.)

We require and expect those with whom we contract to maintain confidentiality and to only provide information requested of them to H.T. Bailey. 

We have set up methods to protect insured information. We obtain most of our information from the application. We keep track of the types of products and services, premiums, balances and payment history. When we share this information with companies we ask to perform services for us we ask those companies to only use that information to provide the services requested.

We may with our authorization, but only as permitted by law, provide information necessary to properly service your policy, market our products, investigate and handle claims, detect and/or prevent fraud, financial institutions with which we do business, or to comply with lawful requests from regulatory and law enforcement authorities. If your relationship with H.T. Bailey should end, your clients' information will be protected in accordance with our privacy policy.
